PATCH POWERED CLUB — ISSUE 002 | SEPTEMBER 2026
The Fall Reset: How to Rebuild Your Wellness Routine This September
You don’t need a whole new routine.
You just need to get yours back.
Summer happened.
Vacations happened. Late nights happened. Workouts got skipped. Bedtimes became suggestions. And somewhere between pool days and Labor Day, the routine you swore you’d stick to quietly disappeared.
That’s okay.
September isn’t about reinventing yourself. It’s about getting back to the things that make you feel good — one habit at a time.
This month, we’re resetting our routines, rebuilding our daily stacks, getting back into the gym and beginning a pretty ridiculous journey toward 26.2 miles.
Welcome to The Fall Reset.
Summer Was Fun. Now Your Alarm Clock Wants Revenge.
The alarm somehow feels earlier. The gym somehow feels heavier. Your calendar went from “we’ll figure it out” to completely packed. And that 3 PM energy crash? Oh, it remembers you.
September has a way of throwing us straight back into reality. But before you decide you need a brand-new diet, workout program, morning routine and personality...
You probably don’t.
You might just need to rebuild a few habits that disappeared over summer.
Why September Is a Great Time to Reset Your Wellness Routine
January gets all the attention. New year. New goals. New gym membership. New you.
But September might actually be the better reset. Schedules become more predictable. Kids go back to school. Vacations slow down. Work settles into its fall rhythm. And suddenly there’s an opportunity to rebuild some structure. The trick?
Don’t try to change everything at once.
Start with the basics:
Energy
Build a morning routine that helps you start instead of spending the first three hours trying to wake up.
Daily Nutrition
Consistency matters. Give your body nutritional support as part of something you already do every day.
Movement
You don’t need a heroic comeback workout. Walk. Lift. Run. Stretch. Just start moving again.
Recovery
Getting back into the gym is great. Being able to move the next morning is also fairly important.
Sleep
The reset starts the night before. Rebuild your sleep schedule and give your body time to recover.
The goal isn’t perfection.
It’s creating a routine simple enough that you’ll actually keep doing it.

Build a Daily Vitamin Patch Routine: Morning, Recovery and Night
Wellness routines have a habit of becoming ridiculously complicated.
We prefer something simpler.
Morning
Adult Multi + Omega-3
Daily nutritional support without adding another handful of pills to your morning.
Extreme Energy
For the mornings when motivation hasn’t quite caught up with your alarm clock.
Recovery
Dynamic Joint Support
Support for active bodies getting back to lifting, running and moving.
Dynamic Anti-Inflammatory
Designed to become part of your recovery routine when your body starts reminding you that summer is over.
Night
Sound Sleep
Because tomorrow’s routine starts with what happens tonight.
Patch. Move. Recover. Sleep. Repeat.
Getting Back Into the Gym? Don’t Forget Recovery
September gym enthusiasm is real.
Unfortunately, so is the morning after your first serious workout in three months. When you suddenly increase your training again, your muscles, joints and connective tissues have to adapt too. That’s why recovery shouldn’t be something you think about only when something hurts. Ease back into training. Warm up. Pay attention to your body. Prioritize recovery. And remember:
Consistency beats destroying yourself on Day One.
We take a closer look at getting back into training — and where Dynamic Joint Support and Dynamic Anti-Inflammatory can fit into your routine.
Community Spotlight: The PatchCrew Reset
This month we’re spotlighting someone doing something incredibly relatable:
Starting again.
Not chasing perfection. Not pretending every workout feels amazing. Not suddenly waking up at 4:37 AM to meditate, journal and plunge into an ice bath.
Just getting back into a routine after summer.

Made for 26.2: Three Runners. Three Starting Points. One Finish Line.
Dallas Marathon — December 13, 2026
None of them are starting from the same place. And that’s exactly the point.
Mike
48 years old. Lifts 4–5 days a week. Definitely does not consider himself a cardio guy. His last 10K was roughly eight years ago, where he walk/ran — but mainly walked. Now he’s decided running 26.2 miles sounds like a sensible thing to do.
Ruby
Taking on the challenge with her own starting point, training plan and reasons for crossing that finish line. The miles are increasing — and she’s learning quickly that stretching and recovery aren’t optional.
Zoe
First-time runner. Training through the Texas heat, treadmill sessions and even a gym with broken AC. At one point, jumping into the pool looked significantly more appealing than finishing the workout.
Three people.
Three completely different journeys.
One goal:
26.2 miles through Dallas.
Over the next few months, we’re bringing you along for the good runs, bad runs, sore legs, training wins, questionable decisions and everything between here and the finish line.
Are we Made for 26.2?
We’re about to find out.
The Fall Reset Stack
Three patches. One goal: Get your routine back.
Adult Multi + Omega-3
Your everyday nutritional foundation.
Extreme Energy
For mornings, workouts and days when the calendar wins.
Sound Sleep
Because recovery doesn’t start at the gym. It starts in bed.
MORNING. MOVE. SLEEP. REPEAT.
The Fall Reset Challenge: Consistency Over Perfection
Forget 30-day transformations. This month we’re trying something much less exciting — and much more effective.
Consistency. For the next four weeks:
Move
Do something active every day.
Hydrate
Drink your water.
Sleep
Give your body the recovery it needs.
Patch
Keep your daily Patch routine consistent. Miss a day? Don’t restart Monday.
Just continue tomorrow. That’s the challenge. Not perfection.
Progress you can actually maintain.

Your Reset Doesn’t Have to Be Perfect
Maybe you train five days this week. Maybe you train twice. Maybe you fix your sleep schedule. Maybe you finally start remembering your daily vitamins. Whatever your Fall Reset looks like, start small enough that you can keep going.
We’ll do the same. And apparently, some of us will also be running 26.2 miles.
See you in October.
