Join the Patch Crew: Wellness Is Better When We Do It Together
Wellness can feel pretty serious sometimes. Track this. Measure that. Eat perfectly. Never miss a workout. Get eight hours of sleep. Drink enough water. Take your vitamins. Hit your steps. Optimize everything.
We're taking a slightly different approach.
At The Vitamin Patch, we believe taking care of yourself matters. We just don't think you have to be perfect at it, and we definitely don't think you have to do it alone.
That's why we're building the Patch Crew — a community of people working toward their own version of healthier, stronger and better. We all have different goals, different starting points and different lifestyles, but we're building one community around something we have in common: trying to make wellness a bigger part of our everyday lives.
Welcome to the Patch Crew.
What Is the Patch Crew?
The Patch Crew is the wellness community around The Vitamin Patch. It's our customers, our followers, our runners, our gym people, our beginners, our parents trying to find 30 minutes for themselves, our early risers and our people who hit snooze three times.
It's our marathon trainees — and it's also the people whose current cardio program consists mostly of walking to the refrigerator.
If you're trying to make your wellness a priority, whatever that looks like for you, you belong here.
The Patch Crew isn't about being the fittest person in the room or having the perfect wellness routine. It's about showing up, getting involved and making progress together.
Follow The Vitamin Patch for More Than Product Posts
Yes, we're going to talk about Vitamin Patches. Obviously.
But if that's all we posted, things would get boring pretty quickly.
Follow The Vitamin Patch on social media and you'll see what happens beyond the patch. We're talking workouts, wellness tips, nutrition, recovery, sleep, behind-the-scenes moments, challenges, real routines, new products, team stories, customer experiences and occasionally us doing things that seemed like much better ideas when we first came up with them.
Like training three members of our team to run 26.2 miles.
Meet the People Behind The Vitamin Patch
We want The Vitamin Patch to feel like a community, not a product catalog. That's why you'll see the actual people behind it.
You'll see Ruby, Zoe and Mike attempting to become marathon runners through our Made for 26.2 series. You'll see workouts, training updates and fitness content. You'll see practical wellness advice, everyday routines and what happens when we're trying to follow the same advice we're sharing with you.
You'll see the good days, and you'll probably see the days when the workout absolutely did not go according to plan. Because that's real life, and real life is where wellness actually has to work.
Join the Vitamin Patch Community — Don't Just Follow It
There's a big difference between following a wellness account and actually becoming part of a wellness community.
We want the second one.
Comment on our posts. Ask questions. Share your experiences. Tell us what you're working toward. Tag us in your workouts. Show us your Vitamin Patch routine. Celebrate your wins with us and tell us when something was harder than expected.
And when we launch a challenge? Jump in.
You don't need to be an athlete. You don't need to already be in incredible shape, and you don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. You just need to be willing to start.
Take the Patch Crew Wellness Challenges
Sometimes the easiest way to start a new habit is to stop saying “I should probably do that” and give yourself an actual challenge.
That's where Patch Crew Challenges come in.
Throughout the year, we'll give our community different ways to get involved. Some challenges might be fitness-focused. Others might be about consistency, sleep, hydration, movement or building a better daily wellness routine. And some might simply challenge you to try something you've never done before.
The goal isn't perfection. The goal is participation.
Why Take Part in a Wellness Challenge?
Because doing something with other people changes it.
It's easy to skip the walk you promised yourself you'd take. It's a little harder when you've told the Patch Crew you're doing it. It's easy to tell yourself you'll start Monday. It's more motivating when a whole community of people is starting alongside you.
Challenges create a starting point. They give you something measurable to work toward, add a little accountability and, most importantly, give you another reason to keep showing up.
Your Wellness Challenge Doesn't Have to Look Like Anyone Else's
This matters because we're not all starting from the same place.
For one person, the challenge might be running their first 5K. For somebody else, it might be walking 20 minutes every day. One person might be trying to get back into the gym, while another already trains five days a week and is looking for the next big goal.
Maybe you're trying to improve your nighttime routine. Maybe you're trying to drink more water. Maybe you're trying to move more during the day. Or maybe you're trying to remember to actually use the Vitamin Patches you bought instead of discovering them in a drawer six months from now.
Progress looks different for everyone.
Your starting point is your starting point. The important thing is that you start.
Made for 26.2 Is Just the Beginning
Our Made for 26.2 series is a perfect example of what we want the Patch Crew to become.
Ruby, Zoe and Mike aren't professional runners. They're three everyday people with three completely different reasons for taking on the Dallas Marathon.
Ruby is balancing training with work and getting ready for her wedding. Zoe is attempting her first marathon at 21 because, apparently, running 26.2 miles sounded like fun. Mike is 48, lifts five days a week, avoids cardio whenever possible and wants to be able to say he completed a marathon before turning 50.
Three different people. Three different starting points. One challenge.
And we're bringing the community along for the entire journey — the training, the progress, the bad runs, the good runs, the recovery, the setbacks and eventually, the starting line.
That's what Patch Crew is about.
Pick something that challenges you. Then see what you're capable of.
Share Your Wellness Wins — Even the Small Ones
We tend to celebrate the big moments: the marathon finish, the weight-loss milestone, the personal record or the transformation photo. And those moments absolutely deserve celebrating.
But most progress doesn't happen in giant moments.
It happens when you go to the gym even though you didn't feel like it. When you get outside and walk instead of sitting on the couch. When you get to bed on time. When you walk your first mile. When you complete your first full week back at the gym. Or when you finally build a wellness routine you can actually stick with.
Those wins count too.
Share them. Tag us. Tell the Patch Crew what you've accomplished. Because your “small” win might be exactly what motivates somebody else to start.
Build Your Daily Vitamin Patch Routine With Us
Of course, Vitamin Patches are part of the community too.
We want to see how you're actually using them. What's in your morning stack? What's in your gym bag? Which patch has become part of your nighttime routine? How are you incorporating Adult Multi + Omega-3, Extreme Energy, Dynamic Joint Support, Dynamic Anti-Inflammatory, Sound Sleep or your other favorites into your day?
Show us.
The whole idea behind The Vitamin Patch is making wellness easier to fit into real life. No handful of pills. No powders to mix. No complicated routine. Apply your patch and get on with your day.
Seeing how other members of the Patch Crew build Vitamin Patches into their routines can also give the rest of the community ideas and inspiration for their own.
How the Patch Crew Can Help Keep You Accountable
Motivation is great — until it disappears. And eventually, it usually does.
That's where community can make a difference. When you tell people you're doing something, it becomes a little more real. When you join a challenge, you've made a commitment. When you share your progress, you're more invested in continuing it.
And when you see somebody else struggling with exactly the same thing you are, you're reminded that progress isn't supposed to look perfect.
The Patch Crew isn't here to demand perfection. We're here to keep each other moving.
One workout, one walk, one better night's sleep, one healthier decision, one patch and one day at a time.
Share Your Story With the Patch Crew
We don't want the Patch Crew story to only be about us.
We want it to be about you.
We'll be looking for community wins, challenge updates, creative patch routines, transformations, training stories and people doing things worth celebrating.
Tag The Vitamin Patch in your content and use our Patch Crew hashtags when you're participating. You might just find yourself featured in a future community spotlight.
Because the best person to inspire the next member of the Patch Crew might not be a fitness influencer. It might be you.
Ready to Join the Patch Crew?
This isn't about becoming a completely different person overnight. It's about deciding to do something positive for yourself — and having a community around you doing the same thing.
So follow along. Join the conversation. Take the challenges. Share your progress. Cheer somebody else on. Wear your patches.
And when we ask who's ready for the next challenge? Say yes. You can figure out the rest afterward.
Follow. Engage. Challenge yourself.
Welcome to the Patch Crew.
Peel. Stick. Go. Together.
