With specialists highlighting the importance of gut health and its close links to our immune system, mental health, digestion and mood, maintaining a healthy gut is gaining importance for many individuals and is expected to experience further growth in 2024. Research suggests that having a large variety of bacteria in the gut may health reduce the risk of conditions such as diabetes, IBD and psoriatic arthritis.

With TikTok trends and beauty influencer recommendations being the key source for many people’s makeup, hair and skincare purchases, facial skincare has seen an all-time high in popularity.
